Counseling is a process and it begins at the initial assessment.  All appointments are 45 - 55 minutes.  During the first session we will discuss the following:

Counseling expectations (yours & mine)
HIPPA - privacy act
Personal background

Discuss and develop counseling goals
Answer all of your questions

After the initial session we will discuss how the following sessions will be scheduled.

Insurance Accepted:

BCBS, Cigna, Aenta, United Health Care and Lyra as well as EAP plans through the above insurance plans.  We will file your insurance claims for you.

Sliding scales are available and will be discussed on a case by case basis
